1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
2. Payment Terms
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the booking date.
- Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Any cancellation must be made in writing.
- The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
- Date changes may be accommodated at the Venue’s discretion and subject to availability.
4. Use of the Venue
- The Venue is to be used only for the purpose agreed (wedding ceremony/reception, event).
- The Client is responsible for the conduct of guests and any suppliers they engage.
- Any damage caused to the Venue, fixtures, or equipment will be charged to the Client.
5. Access & Timings
- Access times for setup, event duration, and breakdown will be agreed in advance.
- All activities must finish by the agreed end time unless prior written approval is given.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- The Client and their suppliers must comply with all safety regulations and venue policies.
- No illegal, hazardous, or unsafe activities are permitted on the premises.
7. Liability
- The Venue is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, decorations, or hired items brought onto the premises.
8. Force Majeure
- The Venue shall not be liable for failure to host the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, emergencies). In such cases, alternative dates will be offered where possible.
9. Legal Marriage Requirements
- The Chapel operates as a venue provider only. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements necessary to conduct a valid marriage are arranged and complied with, including (but not limited to) registration, documentation and any statutory obligations. The venue accepts no responsibility or liability for the legal validity of a ceremony conducted at the premises.
